The Front Bar

The most recent addition to The Dome is The Front Bar. Once George Street’s most elaborate storeroom, it is at the same time splendid and intimate, showy yet cosy but always distinctively The Dome. 24 carat gold and Swarovski crystal chandelier? Of course! Rich wood panelling and ceiling-high mirrors? Certainly!

You’ll expect superb cocktails, an amazing malt whisky selection and a massive range of gins. Tick. Craft beer and draught beer? Tick. Champagne and Prosecco? Tick.

Pre, post or even during shopping, The Front Bar is a peaceful oasis in the midst of the George Street buzz. We can offer an aperitif, digestif, glass of fizz or just a quiet pint.

We love Rugby at The Dome and the Front Bar has a 50 inch TV to show all the Scottish and 6 Nations fixtures as well as major sporting events like the Ryder Cup and Wimbledon.
